Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, is keen on landing Europe’s leading scorer, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, to help the Gunners’ title chase.The North London are currently top of the Premier League, two points clear of Leicester City and three ahead of Manchester City.
Borussia Dortmund are desperate to keep their in-form striker, who has scored 27 times in 27 games across all competitions this season and are ready to reject Arsenal’s advances.
According to The Sun, Wenger is ready to splash up to £42million for the Gabon international in the January window and it is understood he has made contact with the Bundesliga club.
