Reports have emerged revealing that the ISIS-child soldier, Jihadi Junior who allegedly threatened the UK with new atrocities, is the son of a lady Muslim convert from London, born by Nigerian parents.

The lady, Grace Khadijah Dare was born to Christian parents, Henry and Victoria Dare and grew up in Lewisham, South London.

At the age of 18, reports revealed she (Grace Khadijah) converted to Islam, married a Swedish ISIS fighter, Abu Bakr and began worshipping at the Lewisham Islamic Centre, which has links to both the Woolwich killers of Lee Rigby and radical cleric Abu Hamza.

Together, the couple have had two children, the oldest being the six-year-old ISIS-child soldier.

Grace admitted in a Channel 4 report in 2013 that when she began wearing the full face veil in Lewisham, people on the street told her to ‘go back to her country’, to which she replied: ‘I was born round the corner.’

In the same footage, she urged other Muslims to “stop being so selfish; focusing on your families or studies”, and implored them to join her in Syria and join the holy war.

According to the Mail Online, Grace’s father Henry Dare, a cab driver, Tuesday, confirmed that his grandson is “definitely” the boy in the “sick ISIS video dressed in military fatigues and a black bandanna bearing the white mark of ISIS and chillingly declaring that “We will kill kuffar (non-believers).”

Speaking with The Telegraph, Henry Dare said, “I was surprised when I saw the picture. It’s definitely him. Of course I’m worried but there’s nothing I can do now. I’m not angry; I would never have expected it. I just hope someone is trying to bring them back.”

According to the report, in 2014, Grace posted another shocking photograph of the boy, named Isa, on her Twitter account, holding an AK-47 rifle. The boy was then just four years old.

The Vladimir Putin 2016 calendar photos comes on sale one day after Christmas as most families are celebrating the holiday. Putin is seen shirtless with a big smile in one of the photos.

The photos show the 63 year old Russian president in a variety of poses, from topless fishing to exercising, along with a thought to accompany each month. It’s called “All Year With the President of Russia,” and Russians are ordered to be happy with its photographic selections.

Many of the Vladimir Putin calendar photos in 2016 are similar to those featured in an October tabloid dedicated to the Russian president’s picturesque poses. Some people say he’s very photogenic.

Obviously, the Russian overlord’s shirtless, masculine chest is front and center throughout the calendar.

U.N. Security Council members unanimously approved a U.N. resolution Friday endorsing a peace process for Syria including a cease-fire and talks between the Damascus government and the opposition, but the draft makes no mention of the most contentious issue — the future role of Syrian President Bashar Assad.

The resolution makes clear that the blueprint it endorses will not end the conflict, deep into its fifth year with well over 300,000 killed, because "terrorist groups," including the Islamic State group and the al-Qaida-linked al-Nusra Front, are not part of the cease-fire.

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry praised "the unprecedented degree of unity" in the council, which has been stymied in the past over a political solution in Syria, and called the resolution "a milestone."
Foreign ministers from 17 countries met for more than five hours on how to implement their call in Vienna last month for a cease-fire and the start of negotiations between the government and opposition in early January. At the same time, diplomats worked to overcome divisions on the text of the resolution.
The resulting agreement "gives the Syrian people a real choice, not between Assad and Daesh, but between war and peace," Kerry said, using the Arabic acronym for the Islamic State extremists.
"We're under no illusions about the obstacles that exist ... especially about the future of President Assad" where "sharp differences" remain, Kerry said.
He made clear that Assad must go if there is to be peace in Syria, saying that "Assad has lost the ability ... to unite the country."

But Kerry later told reporters that the United States and the opposition had eventually realized that demanding Assad's departure up front in the process was "in fact, prolonging the war."
Kerry, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and U.N. special envoy Staffan de Mistura made clear that the previously envisioned Jan. 1 start to peace talks was unlikely. De Mistura said invitations to the talks will go out in January, at least.

Kerry said a start to the talks in the middle or end of the month would be more reasonable. "In January, we expect to be at the table and implement a full cease-fire," he said.
Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon told the council that Syria was "in ruins," singling out besieged areas where "thousands of people have been forced to live on grass and weeds," which he called "outrageous."
"This marks a very important step on which we must build," Ban said of Friday's resolution.

One of the world's most wanted drug lords has reportedly 'declared war' on the Islamic State in a threatening letter.
Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán sent an encrypted email to the ISIS leader Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi after one of his cartel's shipments was destroyed.
His letter, which has been leaked by cartelblog.com, claims his men will "destroy" the terror group if they continue to 'impact on their operation'.

The Mexican drug baron, who runs the notorious Sinaloa cartel, allegedly told Al Baghdadi that his organisation are 'not soldiers' but 'lowly p*****s'.

He apparently wrote:

"Your god cannot save you from the true terror that my men will levy at you if you continue to impact my operation. My men will destroy you. The world is not yours to dictate. I pity the next son of a wh*** that tries to interfere with the business of the Sinaloa Cartel."I will have their heart and tongue torn from them.”

El Chapo, nicknamed "Shorty", has been on the run from police since he escaped from the maximum security Altiplano prison - 55 miles west of Mexico City - in July.

He fled through a hole in a shower after his men dug a mile-long tunnel underneath the jail to a farmhouse from where he fled.
The tunnel, which would have taken months to dig, was found equipped with ventilation ducts, running electricity to power strip lighting, stairs and a motorbike on rails on which he rode away.

Guzman, once the 1,140th richest man in the world and once the 55th most powerful, is said to have paid $50 million (£32 million) in bribes this time to ensure he got away safely.
He had previously escaped from prison in 2001, and was only recaptured last year.

Saudi women began their first ever campaigns for public office on Sunday, in a step forward for women’s rights in the conservative kingdom’s slow reform process.
More than 900 women are standing in the December 12th municipal elections, which will also mark the first time women are allowed to vote in Saudi Arabia.

Ruled by King Salman, the oil-rich state has no elected legislature but has faced intense western scrutiny over its human rights record.

The country’s first municipal elections were held in 2005, followed by another vote in 2011, but in both cases only men were allowed to participate.

“We will vote for the women even though we don’t know anything about them,” Um Fawaz, a teacher in her 20s, said in Hafr al-Batin city. “It’s enough that they are women.” The absolute monarchy, which applies its strict interpretation of Islam, has faced widespread criticism for its lack of equal rights. Saudi Arabia is the only country where women are not allowed to drive. They must also cover themselves in black from head to toe in public and require permission from male family members to travel, work or marry.

The late King Abdullah introduced the elections in 2005 and said women would participate in this year’s vote. In 2013, he also appointed women to the Shura council, which advises the cabinet. Abdullah died in January and was succeeded by Salman, who stuck to the election timetable.

About 7,000 people are vying for seats on 284 municipal councils in the vote, the Saudi electoral commission said. Only about 131,000 women have signed up to vote, compared with more than 1.35 million men, out of a native Saudi population of almost 21 million.

Aside from transport problems, women say registration to vote was hindered by bureaucratic obstacles and a lack of awareness of the process and its significance.

There is also disappointment at the performance of local councils and their limited powers – restricted to streets, public gardens and rubbish disposal.

Although the voting age has been lowered to 18 from 21 and the proportion of elected council members has increased to two-thirds, winning a seat remains a challenge for women in an electorate where male voters vastly outnumber them.

Nassima al-Sadah, a candidate in the Gulf coast city of Qatif, said officials told her late on Saturday that her name had been removed from the list. “I don’t know why,” she told Agence France-Presse. Her campaign was on hold as she tried to obtain clarification.

Al-Sadah was planning to be a particularly active candidate, she said, with a social media onslaught supported by traditional banners and brochures, none of which would be allowed to carry her picture – a restriction that also applies to male candidates.

In Hafr al-Batin, in the east of the country, an official poster promoting the elections and containing a drawing of a man and a woman had been defaced, with the woman’s face slashed out.

Because of the kingdom’s strict separation of sexes – which applies to election facilities as it does elsewhere in public – candidates wishing to meet directly with voters will have to meet women one day and men the next, with a male spokesman addressing the men.

Saud al-Shammry, a 43-year-old Riyadh resident, said it was time for a new approach. “We strive for development and real change, free from tribal or family biases,” he said.

He said there was “a big possibility” he could vote for a woman, if her platform was convincing.

Ahmed, a government worker in Hafr al-Batin, saw no problem with having women candidates but said:

“Why not? They are just there to decorate the government anyway,” he said.

Ever try Googling someone only to come up with basic information and maybe a link or two to an outdated social media profile? There's a new website going around that promises to reveal much more then just a simple google search can show you.

Been issued a speeding ticket? Failed to stop at a stop sign? What about your family members? And friends? If you are like most of us, the answer to at least one of those questions is “yes”—the vast majority of us have slipped up at least once or twice.

An innovative new website—Instant Checkmate is now revealing the full “scoop” on millions of Americans.

Instant Checkmate aggregates hundreds of millions of publicly available criminal, traffic, and arrest records and posts them online so they can easily be searched by anyone. Members of the site can literally begin searching within seconds, and are able to check as many records as they like (think: friends, family, neighbors, etc. etc.).

Previously, if you wanted to research someone’s arrest records, you might have had to actually go in to a county court office—in the appropriate county—and formally request information on an individual. This process may have taken days or weeks, or the information might not have been available at all. With websites likeInstant Checkmate, however, a background check takes just a few clicks of the mouse, and no more than a minute or two.

While preparing this article I decided to run a quick search on myself to give the service a real-world test. To my dismay, the search revealed several items I’d long forgotten—one of them being for the possession of a fake ID I was (embarrassingly) issued back in college when I was just 18 years old.
"possession of a fake ID I was (embarrassingly) issued back in college when I was just 18 years old"

After searching myself and finding those records, my curiosity was piqued, and I began researching family members—apparently my aunt Susanne isn’t a very good driver, judging by the numerous traffic citations that showed on her record.

One of the most interesting aspects of Instant Checkmate is that it shows not only criminal records, but also more general background information like court records, various types of licenses (FAA, DEA), previous addresses, phone numbers, birthdates, estimated income levels and even satellite imagery of known addresses—it’s really pretty scary just how much information is in these reports.

In addition to giving information on the specific person you search for, the report also includes a scrolling list of “local sex offenders” for whatever region you’ve searched—along with a map plotting out the locations of those offenders. I started perusing the ones that showed up in my report, and I wasabsolutely blown awaywhen I stumbled upon my junior high school wrestling coach’s mug shot.
"I was absolutely blown away when I stumbled upon my junior high school wrestling coach’s mug shot."

His crime was listed as "Out of state offense,"" so I wasn’t able to get the specifics (you usually can—this was an unusual case), but he was definitely a registered sex offender. Scary stuff.

I would definitelyrecommend this tool to friends and family. Anyone can start running background checks on Instant Checkmate within a few seconds—just click this link to get started.

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has officially commended immediate past President Goodluck Jonathan for successfully handing over to President Muhammadu Buhari.

Obasanjo charged Jonathan to continue to have faith in the nation Nigeria.

Baba, as the ex president is fondly called, made this commendation in his reply to President Jonathan’s earlier notification of his plans to establish a foundation following the end of his term in office as president.

Recall that Jonathan had in a letter dated September 22, 2015, formally notified Obasanjo of his intention to set up a foundation to promote good works.

Jonathan in the letter said:

“I will be devoting the rest of my life and energy to making the world a better place. I am currently finalizing efforts to set up The Goodluck Jonathan Foundation. More details on the work of the foundation will be available at the launch, which I believe should take place by the 3rd quarter of 2016.”

However, Obasanjo, in a response published by the online newspaper, Premium Times, wrote:

“Dear President Goodluck Jonathan,
I write to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of September 22, 2015. I take this opportunity to congratulate you on your successful handover to the current President of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari.

“I am happy to note that you had a good rest and time with your family during the break. I hope you also had time to reflect and see what lessons you have learned and what you can bequeath to others. All of us who have had experience in our service to the nation and to humanity must not put it under the bushel.

“I have to commend you and your Foundation, Goodluck Jonathan Foundation, for the faith you continue to have in Nigeria. Maybe, seeking how to be better and more serviceable to the nation and humanity is also a form of penitence and soul-searching to give conscience a relief and to show remorse.

“I wish you well as you continue to forge ahead with your activities in the coming months and years. If there is any area you feel I can be of help, you should not hesitate to call on me.”
