We store our whole lives on our smartphones, so it makes sense to take security seriously. Follow these tips to stop prying eyes getting to your sensitive information

1) Use a PIN or fingerprint security

With all the things we now use our smartphone for: email; banking; browsing; shopping, it's dangerous to leave them unguarded. Locking your screen will protect your sensitive data and apps from meddling. Just go into the settings app on your device, then the general tab and "Touch ID & passcode lock" - from here you will be able to turn on either a numeric PIN or Touch ID fingerprint scanning. If you do use a PIN steer clear of the two most common - and therefore easily guessed - combinations: 0000 and 1234.

2) Or use a longer passphrase...

If you want more security than a four-digit PIN provides - after all, there's a one-in-10,000 chance that someone will guess it correctly first time - you can opt instead to use a passphrase. To do this, go to your settings app, then "Touch ID & Passcode" and turn "Simple Passcode" off. This will allow you to create a longer and more complex passcode with upper and lowercase letters, numbers and other symbols.

3)Self destruct

•   If you're serious about stopping intruders then you can tell your phone to delete all data if it thinks someone is trying to break in. Under the same page on settings you can enable "erase data" - this will wipe the phone clean after ten incorrect guesses at the PIN. If you have Touch ID enabled then it will allow you three chances to get your fingerprint recognised, then it will revert to PIN entry.

4) Privacy settings

You have dozens of apps installed on your phone and they all have access to various features or data on your phone: some can use the camera, others the microphone, some might even be able to look at your photographs. You'll have had to give them each permission to do this at the time, but it's easy to lose track - maybe there are apps you no longer use, and giving them access is an unnecessary risk. Go into your settings app and then the "privacy" tab. Here you will be able to see which apps have which privileges, and turn them off/on.

5) Turn off notifications

The ability to see a summary of notifications on the lock screen is handy, but if that gives away personal or confidential data then you could be in trouble. Remember, it will show the contents of messages you receive, your calendar for that day and various other things.

6) Disable Siri

Just as with notifications, Siri can leak data even when your phone is locked. An attacker finding your phone unattended can ask him/her all sorts of questions that could reveal personal information. To put a stop to this go to settings, then “Touch ID & passcode” and set “allow access when locked” on Siri to off.

7) Type it yourself

AutoFill is a handy feature that does exactly what it says on the tin: any time that Safari sees a box asking for your name, username, password or credit card details, it fills them in for you. This is fine, unless someone else happens to be using your phone. To turn it off, go to settings, then general and "Passwords & AutoFill".

Paris Fashion Week has thrown up all the usual front row contenders: Rihanna clad head-to-toe in Dior, surrounded by a swarm of iPhones; Kanye looking moody; Kris Jenner looking painfully overdressed.
But we couldn’t help but notice a fresh face amid the celebrity contingent – Zendaya Coleman.
At just 19, she’s relatively new to the celebs-on-front-rows phenomenon. She’s an all-singing, all-dancing former Disney Channel star (like Miley Cyrus, but way less in-your-face) so tweens-and-under are likely already familiar with her.

However, her mononymous moniker may be familiar to the over-16s, thanks to a little furore back in February when she attended the Oscars. For the event, her hair was styled into waist-length dreadlocks. This prompted Giuliana Rancic, presenter of celeb-trashing panel show Fashion Police, to absurdly comment that “I feel like she smells like patchouli oil and weed.” #Fail.

Coleman, then just 18, replied with a statement that belied her youthful age.
"I was hit with ignorant slurs and pure disrespect. To say that an 18 year old young woman with locs [dreadlocks] must smell of patchouli oil or 'weed' is not only a large stereotype but outrageously offensive,” read part of her retort. She continued:  “…There is already harsh criticism of African American hair in society without the help of ignorant people who choose to judge others based on the curl of their hair."

She, rightly so, won plaudits for her measured and mature response – her tweet was retweeted over 80,000 times in support. Last month, she was presented with a limited edition Barbie of herself, styled exactly as she was for the Oscars, dreadlocks and all – a two-fingers up to Rancic in 11.5" plastic form.

She’s been making her way into the fashion crowd this year – attending the Met Gala, an invitation to which automatically makes you ‘one of them’, and launching her own line of shoes, Daya by Zendaya.

She’s also a member of Taylor Swift’s ubiquitous ‘squad’ and appeared in the singer’s Bad Blood video as the less Disney-friendly ‘Cut-Throat’. Numerous magazine covers are already under her 24-inch belt too; W, Teen Vogue, Hunger to name a few.

At Paris Fashion Week, she has showcased an array of edgy outfits and even out-edged Rihanna, which is hard to do, but managed to look way less intimidating in the process.

Parisian brand ElevenParis is preparing itself for a very high-profile lawsuit – it has just been jointly sued by five of the world’s biggest musical acts: Beyoncé, Jay Z, Rihanna, Kanye West and Pharrell Williams.
In a complaint filed at the federal court in New York on Tuesday, the plaintiffs claim the brand has been “brazenly” selling merchandise including T-shirts, hats and phone cases featuring their likenesses without permission. This includes clothing bearing the singers’ faces, phrases such as "Kanye is my Homie" and "Pharrell is my Brotha," and Beyonce and Rihanna song lyrics, reports Reuters.
The brand is said to have ignored repeated warnings from the musicians to cease sales in store and on its website - though the offending products no longer appear to be available online.
The filed complaint calls ElevenParis "habitual, wilful intellectual property infringers that, without authorization, usurp the trademarks, copyrights and other rights of A-list celebrities."
Its actions, says the complaint, “have caused and are causing immediate irreparable harm" to the five famous figures concerned, all of whom have their own clothing lines and collaborations. They are seeking to recoup profits and triple damages over the allegations of trademark infringement and violations of their rights of publicity.

Rihanna is creative director of the Puma sports brand and has previously designed for River Island; Pharrell has his own label, Billionaire Boys Club, as well as high-profile collaborations with Adidas and Uniqlo; Beyoncé is about to unveil an ‘athleisure’ brand in collaboration with Topshop; her husband Jay Z is the co-founder of urbanwear brand Rocawear and Kanye West is the creative director of his own line, Yeezy, as well as an Adidas collaborator.
In a statement, ElevenParis said that negotiations had been underway with the famous five for nearly a year and were continuing. "ElevenParis is determined to find a fair and balanced agreement with them and their advisers," it said.
It is the second time Rihanna, 27, has taken a retailer to task over the misuse of her likeness. In 2014, the High Court found Topshop guilty of using her image unlawfully on a T-shirt and ordered parent company Arcadia to pay her a rumoured multi-million-pound settlement, as well as cover her legal costs, in a landmark ruling on celebrity image rights.

Yay Finally

Rihanna commissioned conceptual artist Roy Machum to design the artwork for 'Anti', which does not yet have a release date.

At long last, Rihanna has revealed the name of her much-delayed eighth studio album, as well as unveiling the impressive conceptual artwork for the record.
The new album will called Anti, and the title and cover art were revealed at a private viewing at the MaMa gallery in downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday night (October 7th). The artwork, designed by artist Roy Nachum, features a picture of Rihanna as a child, with her eyes covered by a gold crown.
Laid over the actual image is a poem, translated into Braille, by Chloe Mitchell. She has previously had her work used by Kanye West – who is incidentally one of the executive producers of Anti.

“He see things beyond the surface which is why I decided to collaborate with him,” Rihanna said about her reasons for working with Nachum. “He really interpreted it in his own way, with exactly the message I wanted. The whole idea behind the Braille is that people who have sight are sometimes the people who are blindest.”
At the gallery, an exhibit attempted to explain the concept behind the title and artwork by saying that ‘Anti’ meant: “A person opposed to a particular policy, activity or idea.” It also stated that “in her collaboration with Roy Nachum, Rihanna has changed the history of album art. By continuing to follow her own instincts, her work strives to make an impact by doing the very antithesis of what the public expects.”

However, fans will be disappointed to learn that a release date for Anti was not confirmed at the viewing, nor any new music performed.
When it does eventually come out, Anti is expected to feature the three singles Rihanna has released over the last year or so – ‘American Oxygen’, ‘FourFiveSeconds’ and ‘B**** Better Have My Money’.

Oliseh has never liked Akwa Ibom people since he lost his first girlfriend who happens to be ibibio. He has since been carrying this chip on his shoulder and could not control himself when he saw my brother Vincent do so well in his career.



He has no right to tell my brother shut up. You too shut up Oliseh, you too gerrout. What is that? How many goals did you even score for Nigeria with your yellow paw paw face. You are lucky I am not near you otherwise I would have squeezed your ear and kicked you in the bum. Go and watch all recent Nigerian matches and see the way Vincent has saved us when your Igbo brothers where busy fooling themselves on the field.

We ibibio people are ready to leave Nigeria because of this matter. This is not that ye ye massob struggle where they keep shouting Biafra at night and in the morning go and open their shops in the market to sell. We will go, we will go and join Cameroun so that Vincent will be given his respect.

I don't even care what he did or didn't do. You will respect him simply because he is an Ibibio man that is all. What is Acne?  Acne is the occurrence of inflamed or infected sebaceous glands in the skin  It starts when greasy secretions from the skin's sebaceous gland plug the tiny opening for hair follicles. I have used different household product; Clean & Clear, Neumedrol, Clearasil, Neutrogena, Royallux to mention but a few.

Acne/Pimple can be controllable, guess what, it is not caused by eating greasy food GBAM! or eating Chocolate whoever says that is a .... because i have  lot of friends who are chocolate addict and their skin is wow crystal clear, I do not really subscribe to junk food, is not my way... ( reason for being a size 6) lolz yet acne visits my face monthly.

I took it upon myself to make a research on the shameful acne, you know what pimples has caused by INFLAMMATION not by diet or what you eat. Basically acne is not caused by greasy food and bacteria as people say, I dont want to go into details  or bore you with my findings about inflammation. Bacteria is only 15% of the cause of acne. Acne is caused by several factors like  mainly the oil in your sweat glands and Skin Cells. Since the cause are things we do not see, we need to fight it from the inside, we must aggressively fight it. hmmmmmmn, I think with the little point of mine i have been able to intimate you about what acne is all about. My fingers just gave me a hurtful sign i need to go and sleep (yawn), stay tuned as i bring to you the natural cure to this shameful acne.

DANIEL Craig has said he would rather “slash my wrists” than do another James Bond film.

The star, who will reprise his role as the British spy for the fourth time in the forthcoming Spectre movie, told Time Out magazine he wanted to “move on” from the franchise.
But he added if he were to do another 007 film it would “only be for the money”.
When asked whether he could imagine doing another Bond movie, he said: “Now? I’d rather break this glass and slash my wrists. No, not at the moment. Not at all. That’s fine. I’m over it at the moment. We’re done. All I want to do is move on.”
The 47-year-old star added he had not given “any thought” to what he would do next.
He said: “For at least a year or two, I just don’t want to think about it. I don’t know what the next step is. I’ve no idea. Not because I’m trying to be cagey. Who the f*** knows? At the moment, we’ve done it. I’m not in discussion with anybody about anything. If I did another Bond movie, it would only be for the money.”
As for potential his successor, Craig said his advice would be that they “embrace it”.
“Don’t be s***. You’ve got to step up. People do not make movies like this any more. This is really rare now. So don’t be s***,” he added.
Spectre reunites Craig with director Sam Mendes after 2012’s Skyfall became the highest-grossing Bond film in history.
Naomie Harris, Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw and Rory Kinnear return for Spectre, alongside newcomers to the franchise such as Christoph Waltz, Andrew Scott, Dave Bautista and Bond girls Lea Seydoux, Monica Bellucci and Stephanie Sigman.
Spectre opens in cinemas on October 26.

There’s a wide range of Nigerian foods available today.
The wide variety of ethnic communities found in Nigeria means that the nation located in West Africa has a varied and rich culinary tradition.
Like other West African countries, most Nigerian Foods uses spices and herbs in combination with palm oil or groundnut oil in order to create deeply flavoured sauces and soups often made very hot with chili peppers.
There are some staples and ingredients that cross the country’s state borders and there are lots ofNigerian foodsthat are not mentioned here but these are some of the foods we recommend you try when next you visit Nigeria.
Nigerian foods consists mainly of rice, yam, cassava, plantain and beans just to name a few.
These are prepared and eaten with the various soups and sometimes stew recipes. Some Nigerian foods can also be prepared in jollof or porridge form.
1.) Agidi Jollof

This delicious Nigerian food comes with a soft bone inside otherwise known as (Okpukpu Agidi) . It is a very light food that can serve for either lunch or dinner and can also serve as a snack.
It is usually wrapped in a leaf known as Uma leaf but you can also put it in a plastic container, or even aluminium foil. It’s a low-cost food, all that is needed is just a few ingredients to prepare, This is a must eat food for every Nigerian home.
2.) Pap (Akamu or Ogi)

Made from corn, this traditional food, when combined with Akara, Fried plantain or Fried Yam tastes so great. It is also a very nice and nutritious baby food. Evaporated milk added to Akamu, gives you a great taste.
3.) Nkwobi

This is a super Nigerian delicacy simply prepared by mixing a well cooked cow foot or cow head with a spicy palm oil paste. Usually served in exclusive restaurants. It goes very well with any kind of drink.
4.) Tuwo Shinkafa

This food has its origin from the northern part of Nigeria It is prepared with a special quality of soft rice. It goes down well with Northern Nigerian soups and some other Nigerian soups as well.
5.) Nigerian Groundnut soup (peanut soup)

This is a very great substitute for Egusi soup and both share the same method of preparation. Some of the ingredients you need are: peeled groundnut, assorted fish and meat, palm oil, fluted pumpkin leaves, crayfish, salt and pepper.
6.) Ji Abubo (Yam and Vegetable Sauce)

This is known mostly with the Igbo’s. One of the most delicious delicacies in Igbo land.
7.) Boli (Roasted plantain)

This can come in two ways; the ripe and the unripe, whichever you chose, the taste is great.
8.) Plantain porridge

For this particular food, its preparation is fast and easy but that doesn’t cancel the fact that it is very rich in iron especially with the unripe one. It goes better with dried fish, or if you like, meat. Vegetable is a must for this delicacy.
9.) Abacha (African Salad)

Just as the name implies, it is a purely African Salad. Though most people still see it as a complete meal on its own, it is good to be taken as an in-between meal. Abacha is made from cassava.
10.) Ugba (Oil bean)

Oh my! Ask an Igbo about this, he will tell you a better story than I would ever do!
